Orders purchase online and paid on our website will be shipped from Montréal, Canada using Canada Post. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Zandu will do its very best to ensure that you receive your items in a timely fashion. Shipping within CANADA usually takes 2 to 4 business days.
For the time being Zandu ships to Canada and the US.
Please note that during the holidays delivery times may be delayed.
From the time your package leaves Zandu until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with Canada Post. After the package is marked as delivered by the courier, packages become the customer’s responsibility. Zandu cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery. Missing package claims must be filed by the customer. In the rare case of missing parcels, please contact us.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 30 days following the date of receipt to request a return or an exchange for regularly priced items bought online, and 10 days for sale items. If the allowed return period has already passed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: Items on clearance are final sales
All returned items must be unwashed, unworned in their original condition and ticketed. We will not accept the return if a garment has odors of cigarette smoke, perfume scent, deodorant, or others; traces of makeup, jewelry or ring snags, etc. and the item will be returned to you

Please note: earrings, swimwear, fragrance, and beauty products are "final sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise was found to be defective
Zandu Inc. is not responsible for shipping costs if you refuse a package. If a refused package is returned to us you will only receive a refund or credit note for the items you purchased and not the shipping costs that have already been incurred.
All refunds will be made using the same transactional method as the payment.
Order cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped and before you have received a shipping confirmation by email. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you may return the merchandise as soon as it arrives by following the process outlined above.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
