Orders purchase online and paid on our website will be shipped from Montréal

What are the delivery times?

Canada: 2-4 business days


How much does delivery cost?

Free delivery for orders over $100

For US orders:  you are liable to pay any inbound Duties and taxes  deemed appropriate by  your local customs authority.

I did not receive my package. What should I do?

From the time your package leaves Zandu until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with Canada Post. After the package is marked as delivered by the courier, packages become the customer’s responsibility. Zandu cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery. Missing package claims must be filed by the customer. In the rare case of missing parcels, please contact us.

If I start an order and I don’t complete, can I continue where I left off at a later time?

To insure you can resume your shopping experience where you left off be sure to use your sign in information.

What if I am not satisfied with an item or the order I receive?

If you are not satisfied with your purchases, you have 30 days to return full priced items and 10 days to return items on sales,  as long as they are not worn and still have the original tag.

For sanitary purposes earrings cannot be returned.

Due to their nature cosmetic product cannot be returned.

I’m looking for a specific product and I can’t find it. Can you help?
